TSA Manufacturing was founded in 1973 in Omaha, Nebraska by Larry Feldhacker. TSA, which stands for Tri Sales Associates, began as a distributor operation, selling stud welding products to the metal working and construction companies in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota. In 1975, TSA was incorporated.

TSA acquired it's first thread rolling machine, allowing TSA to begin production of U bolts, J bolts, eye bolts, anchor bolts, and many other threaded products. Today TSA has nine manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic thread rolling machines with capacities up to two inch diameters.

The first cold header machine was purchased in 1993, allowing TSA to produce weld studs for the construction and metal working industries. Currently, TSA has five cold header machines capable of manufacturing weld studs through 3/4" in diameter, in addition to other cold headed products.

In 1994 TSA acquired Slide Master of Addison, Illinois. With this acquisition TSA delved into the fourslide wire forming industry, allowing us to offer straightened cut and bent wire products.

Today TSA manufactures a complete line of threaded products, stud welding products and equipment and a specialty line of wire products, serving the construction and metal working industries throughout the United States.

TSA Manufacturing is dedicated to the sales and service of the Agriculture, Construction, and Concrete industries, as well as committed to making quality steel products and services for everyone.

TSA's primary focus is custom, made to order products built to your exact specifications. Founded in a small shop in 1973, TSA has seen many changes over the years. TSA is now a 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in South-West Omaha, Nebraska. We have the people, tools, and know how to build a wide range of products, including J bolts, U bolts both square and round, anchor bolts, eye bolts, threaded studs, full threaded bar in standard, acme, or coil, studs, wire formed products, and much more. TSA also stocks a large collection of pre-made, ready to go products available for immediate pickup or delivery. Some of these include anchor bolts, both formed and headed, from 3/8" to 1 1/4" diameters and 6" to 36" lengths. We also stock nuts, washers, stud welding equipment, full threaded bar stock in standard, acme, and coil threads in 12' lengths, and much more.

TSA has recently diversified and partnered with several different suppliers to bring you an even wider range of products. TSA is now an authorized distributor for U.S. Anchor, Owens Corning, Alfa Tools, and East Coast Fasteners, Closures, and Kwik Tie Waterstop. With these strategic alliances, we can now provide waterstop systems, adhesive systems, insulation solutions, a wide variety of tooling, and much, much more.
